Our Story

It all started when…

Our founder Ian Golding was a professional actor for 11 years, working in film, TV and theatre around the UK before he entered the world of training. He learned his craft with a succession of award winning physical-theatre companies and his unique training style draws on powerful and little-known Eastern theatre and physical theatre techniques.

For the last 12 years he has been using this experience and understanding to deliver exceptional training and 1-on-1 coaching around the UK & across Europe & the USA to a huge range of clients include Lloyds Bank, Lego, Zurich, Takeda, Google and Saatchi & Saatchi as well as a wealth of smaller organisations, SMEs and individual entrepreneurs.
